Floaro is offered as a subscription service. Access to premium features requires an active subscription.

2. Refund Eligibility

Unless required by applicable law, subscription fees are non-refundable once access has been granted.

3. Cancelling Your Subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not automatically generate a refund for the current billing period.

4. Billing Errors

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact us within 30 days so we can investigate the issue.

5. Exceptional Refunds

Refunds may be granted at our sole discretion in exceptional circumstances.

Marketplace fees, third-party charges, and external service costs are not refundable by Floaro.
