Floaro ChatGPT Terms and Conditions
These terms govern your connection to and use of the Floaro integration for ChatGPT.
Last updated: 11 August 2026
1. The integration
Floaro provides an MCP-based integration that allows an authorized ChatGPT user to request limited information from the user’s Floaro account. Current capabilities may include connection status, connected marketplace accounts, product summaries, order summaries, order details, order lists, and aggregated product sales.
The current published tools are read-only. They do not create, revise, publish, cancel, or delete products, listings, orders, or marketplace accounts.
2. Eligibility and authority
You must have a valid Floaro account, a compatible ChatGPT account, and legal authority to connect and use the relevant Floaro company. If you act for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind and use the service for that organization.
3. Account connection and access
You must authenticate through Floaro’s approved OAuth process. You are responsible for protecting your Floaro and ChatGPT accounts and for promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access. Do not share tokens, credentials, or authentication codes.
Floaro applies your current company membership, role, and marketplace-account permissions. Results may differ between users in the same company. Losing permission in Floaro may remove access through ChatGPT.
4. Acceptable use
You may use the integration only for lawful business purposes and only for data you are authorized to access. You must not:
- Attempt to access another person’s or company’s information.
- Bypass authentication, permissions, rate limits, or technical safeguards.
- Probe, scan, reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, or misuse the integration.
- Use automated requests in a way that degrades Floaro, ChatGPT, or a marketplace service.
- Use results to violate law, third-party rights, marketplace rules, or contractual obligations.
- Submit secrets, payment-card data, government identifiers, health information, or other unnecessary sensitive information in a request.
5. Results and user responsibility
Floaro returns information based on available account records, marketplace synchronization, selected filters, and service availability. Results may be incomplete, delayed, summarized, converted, or interpreted incorrectly by an AI system. ChatGPT-generated explanations are not guaranteed to be accurate.
You must verify important figures and decisions in the Floaro dashboard or the relevant marketplace before relying on them. The integration does not provide legal, tax, accounting, financial, or marketplace-compliance advice.
6. Third-party services
The integration depends on third-party services, including OpenAI, hosting providers, and connected marketplaces. Their separate terms, privacy policies, limits, availability, and technical changes apply. Floaro does not control ChatGPT’s model output or guarantee the continued availability of any third-party service.
Floaro is independent from OpenAI unless expressly stated otherwise. “ChatGPT,” “OpenAI,” and marketplace names are trademarks of their respective owners.
7. Availability and changes
We may modify, add, restrict, suspend, or discontinue integration features to improve security, comply with law or platform rules, address technical issues, or develop the service. Maintenance, marketplace outages, token expiry, rate limits, or synchronization delays may temporarily affect results.
8. Fees
Access may depend on your Floaro subscription and any limits shown in Floaro. Your use of ChatGPT is governed and billed separately by OpenAI. Internet, marketplace, tax, or other third-party charges remain your responsibility.
9. Intellectual property
Floaro and its software, branding, interfaces, documentation, and integration technology are owned by Floaro or its licensors. These terms grant only a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the integration while you comply with them. You retain rights in your own business and marketplace data.
10. Privacy
Our handling of personal and account information for this integration is described in the Floaro ChatGPT Privacy Policy.
11. Suspension and termination
You can stop using the integration and revoke authorization at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary for security, suspected abuse, non-payment, violation of these terms, legal compliance, or protection of Floaro, its users, OpenAI, marketplaces, or third parties.
12. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the integration is provided “as is” and “as available.” Floaro disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, and accuracy. Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot legally be excluded.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Floaro will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from the integration. Floaro’s aggregate liability relating specifically to the integration will not exceed the amount you paid Floaro for the integration during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, or USD 100 if no separate amount was paid.
These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.
14. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and indemnify Floaro against third-party claims arising from your unlawful use, unauthorized access, infringement of third-party rights, or material breach of these terms.
15. Governing terms and changes
These integration terms supplement Floaro’s main terms. The governing law and dispute provisions in Floaro’s main terms apply unless mandatory local law requires otherwise. We may update these terms by posting a revised version and date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
